The product is fantastic as usual—high quality and incredibly comfortable to hold. However, they should consider switching their international courier, or at the very least, ensure that any shipping updates are promptly reflected on the website. My package remained stagnant for over seven days, only arriving the day after I lodged a complaint.

Shipping took longer than expected - close to 2 weeks. Didn't know beforehand that it would be shipped from HK (to Malaysia). But the popsocket is cute. i love it
