Customer service a bit slow. I'm still waiting for my return label after having received a Polaroid Flip that doesn't work properly.

Dark pictures. For reply from the service need to wait couple of weeks

Unfortunately, the photo paper that was with the Polaroid turned out to be defective and the photo was printed on it with stripes. I have a photo, out of all the paper, only 1 was without defects. It’s a pity and sad that this happened. Can we do something about it?

It's way too expensive for what it can do. Shipping was fast. I didn't get my first order discount so the website is misleading which was extremely disappointing. And on a random day they charged my card and made an order in my name from where I'm currently trying to get my money back.
