I am giving 5 stars, because I am generally happy with you guys. I hope you keep making and improving cameras and film. But I had to invest hours into trying to find the problem on why I couldn't order the Gen3 camera. The support told me it must be my browser, so I did every trouble shoot I could find. But then I found that the problem was on your end all along. That was frustrating. It felt like I had to work for you.
