Product not received, but charged. No way to reach a rep to discuss. No way to track. USPS, UPS? No one has written or called. Not sure this company is real. Still waiting for some kind of response after more than a month. 🫤

I need someone to get back to me as soon as possible. I never received my order but was still charged for it and have not yet been refunded. I reached out to customer service via two separate email addresses as well as via Instagram DM and I have not heard back from anyone yet. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Never received product!

Shipping enabled damages, and the product came with the front cover barely adhered to the folders. Have reached out multiple times and received no response.
