Slow processing/shipping progress.

My item arrived with some crushed damage on the corners of the product. Fine for my home office but would have returned it if it was for a business office.

Service and shipping was good.

Got the wrong item and it was beat up and flimsy.

Shipping was timely , item arrived undamaged. Shipping charages are TERRIABLE! $12 for an item weighing less than 16oz? Some adjustments should be made for the lightweight items you sell.
