All shipped well with all items included. The assembly instructions were poor but the actual assembly relatively easy.

I was happy to find this T-piece for our trampoline. Initially it appeared great, but sadly after a few short months - they all broke. Delivery was rather quick, but expensive. . .

Poor communication and had to follow up a couple of times as they have exceeded the timeframe for collections. CSO officer sounded unsure for the entire conversation and her english was rather poor. No clear instruction what bay I had to drive to for collections and even there they made me wait for 40 minutes with kids in the car.

Net ripped immediately and the frame fell apart

Service was absolutely horrific. Exceptionally poor communication, I had to continuously follow up on my order and request updates. Australian customer service line has ok voicemail and no one answered after trying for days. Was told I would receive a pm on Facebook about my complain. I didn’t. Took nearly a month to arrive, missed my son’s birthday. Don’t bother with this company. Save yourself the stress.
