Let me start this out by saying I am SO happy with this product. As a sex therapist who is passionate about supporting women in their sexual liberation and normalizing the use of lubrication, I am tickled pink to find a product that stands up to what it claims to do! Where I was a bit disheartened is that I reached out to customer service roughly 3+ weeks ago to ask about the long-term possibility of international shipping to Canada, and have yet to receive any response. I am fortunate enough to live close to the boarder and could pop over to pick up my shipment, but would love to see this product more accessible to individuals outside of the US….or at the very minimum receive communication back from the company when asking such a question question. Again, I am SO thankful that this quality product exists and will continue to use and recommend, however hope that going forward better customer service practices come into play!

I had a good experience with shipping, but unfortunately the product I received was sticky and not usable. Is there any way I can return?

I purchased two Playground products, Mood Maker Intimacy Oil and Massage Oil. I will first say that the products I tried both had the most beautiful silky texture when applied to skin. We first tried the massage oil and I immediately noticed how much oil was needed to massage my husbands lower back. My mother being a licensed masseuse, I’ve used dozens of high end creams and oils and never noticed this to be an issue prior. If the product was twice as large and still sold at this price point I wouldn’t have felt this annoying sting as badly. I had high hopes for the intimacy oil but nothing stood out here. I would not purchase from Playground again.
