PlatinumLED Therapy Lights

Hi, I only started using the panel end of May 2026. Initially it used to get hotter than it gets now on the exact same settings, so I am wondering if something is wrong with it.

I haven't noticed any relief from back pain. I adjust the distance location of the device--16" 6" 4" & the amount of time per each session--10 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes.

Issues with a area on my upper left back that iches all the time, the red light therapy does not help with the problem

I have not felt any significant difference since starting the treatmenttment

I paid a significant charge to have this device shipped overnight for the benefit of my 93 year old father so that it could arrive while a member of my family could be there to help him set it up. It was not shipped for several days, and then the customer service representative who received my feedback at the time attempted to gaslight me about the nature of the "expedited" shipping. My opinion of this company has been forever altered and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them by anyone as a result. Would give zero stars if that was an option
