PlatinumLED Therapy Lights

I love me set up for my lights. The only suggestion I would make if that you have some sort of raised nubs (like braille) so you can change the lights when you have your protective glasses on. Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really didn't expect it to, but it actually works. While I've been using it, people have commented onnimproved skin tone, I've noticed skin plumpness, and it decreases daily hair fall! I'm really happy with the results. It would have been great if I could have more info on how serious 8s wearing the goggles while using it, how tight they should be, and should I wear them even if I'm not facing the panel.

Use it after stretching exercises for both my shoulders and especially for lumbar spine. Se ms to help with recovery and my back has not been a sore / stiff as in the past

I am a senior citizen and my wife deals with back and shoulder injuries. I had heard enough about Red Light therapy to know I needed to add it to our wellness routine. My sister told me about these lights it took me two years before I tried one of them I bought the smallest one and sat in front of it for at First 5 minutes and then 10:00 worked up to 20 minutes a day it took about 3 months but I noticed my immunity was way better I wasn't catching flues anymore like I used to I always had to wear a brace for my upper back and that went away as long as I used the lights it stays gone it's helped my husband with his skin and with his arthritis he wasn't able to play golf because of all his aches and pains and now he can Platinum therapy red lights like I said up above changed our lives for the better and I thank God for them not to mention customer service is awesome
