The shopping experience was good and the parcel arrived quickly in Helsinki, Finland. Unfortunately it got lost here because the name & address tag was ripped away. Luckily it was eventually found, thanks to the Planks logos on the package!

The quality is good, but the service is terrible. 2 out of 6 parts, I ordered, are missing.

3 weeks to deliver, 1month for return, no refund yet... sorry I'll turn to other brands
