Your costly Mag with a modular charger is a total deception. It only worked fo a few months and now its DEAD.

Purchased the Pitaka S22 Ultra case and was not happy with it. The camera cut out has no bump protection. Tried to iniate a refund but the process was horrendous and customer service was terrible. Ended up keeping the case but not using it. Wasted $60 for nothing.

For several years I have trusted Pitaka products to protect my cell phones. I am very disappointed with the case for my 2018 IPad Pro. The right corner has already broken off. The right corner had play from the start. The material feels very soft at this point. When using the tablet horizontally, you press the case backwards with the ball of your hand. The case sits firmly on the tablet on the left. Not a good product in terms of quality. Phone cases are much better. It's a shame I was really looking forward to the case.

I keep getting emails to review the products that I purchased nearly a month ago, so after multiple requests to let everyone know what I think here goes. The product is coming from China and the shipper has been saying it was expected to be delivered for delivery on a day when it hadn’t even cleared Canadian customs yet. I get that in these times shopping is delayed, but this shopper setting expectations that is will be delivered “today by 8pm” for over a week is frustrating.
