I have been in higher ed administration for 10 years, in positions that almost 100% of the time require my purchasing of promotional items, executive gifts, and event supplies. I previously worked with a different vendor for all of these needs. This year, I ventured out for a new company due to some communication issues, timing delays, and other miscellaneous problems that surfaced within the previous relationship. In searching for a new partner, I simply googled for companies in my area and started perusing different websites. What I typically look for is user-friendly platforms, ease of use in ordering, a plentiful selection of items, and solid customer service. Pinnacle Promotions has ALL of these things. I was able to find and order exactly what I needed with a plethora of choices and pricing options. I was also able to customize on the spot and submit the order directly on the website. Trent reached out to me almost immediately after submitting the first order. He has been genuinely professional, communicative, and incredibly timely in his responses. He gets things done quickly and is super helpful with any requests I forward him regarding any of these orders. We just completed a third order for some round towels for my faculty and staff’s summer appreciation gifts. Trent has been super diligent in assisting me with the design for these and I am excited to receive them. I do intend to continue doing business with Pinnacle Promotions for any and all future needs based on the service standards you have provided above. I sincerely appreciate a company that does not treat customers like dollar signs and is sincere in its relationship development practices.
