Trent Whitmire, is a phenomenal employee & sales rep. He always ensures we have the smoothest orders as possible & helps provide alternate ideas when we can't decide what product will work best. The service is fast, & efficient. Trent informs us of how user friendly the website is so we can place our orders when he is out of office. Everything was made super easy. The mugs turned out great! The ordering worked out smoothly. Morgan handled it all for us. The shipping time was so reasonable too.

Website was easy to navigate and I was able to see samples of certain products with our logo, really helped in decision making. The Senior Account Rep, Stephanie, was very responsive and proactive. Shipping arrived ahead of target date. Items arrived intact with no damage and the quality of the product, was great.

It is a wild coincidence that Cally and I started working together when we were both going through a transition. I had just joined a new organization, and Cally had just taken over that account. Even though we were both new our working relationship was fast to flourish largely due to her enthusiasm, proactive work ethic, and stellar customer service. I first partnered with Cally when I was working on an onboarding program. It was my job to “refresh” our swag as other tech companies were giving out ipads and we were giving out notepads. It was a tough predicament that many program owners fall into where you have to choose between providing quality on a very tight budget. It can be intimidating to communicate these kinds of details with a sales rep, however when it came to Cally it was very clear, she needed honest details because she was interested in helping our program accomplish its goals. She wasn’t invested in the sale, she was invested in the goal. By understanding the goal, she inherently understood better than I ever could which items would be perfect. She has never been wrong. Not only were we able to upgrade the quality of the products we offered during orientation while staying in budget, this success generated interest to see what else was possible. I was privileged to have the opportunity to curate several swag bundles during my time at that company. Sometimes these bundles were from random leftover swag, in which items I got from Cally were always the highlight, and some bundles were for other programs such as the intern program which the goal was always to be better than last year, with Cally's help we crushed that goal. Cally’s expertise helped support my success and I learned so much from her about how to select items and tailoring swag to audiences. She always stepped above and beyond her role as a rep to really become an external colleague with a true partnership. It was to my surprise and humble honor that she was willing to continue our partnership even after I parted ways with my previous company and have now moved into a brand new role and industry. In a world full of unknows, Cally has been stalwart in her support. My new role has been extremely busy and I was planning events from the first day I started. It is not an exaggeration to say that I bet my role on a t-shirt order getting here in time and Cally delivered. Not only did she deliver, she delivered on time with high quality which impressed my new manager and helped solidify my position. I cannot express enough how utterly thankful I am to her contributions to my success, many people help us along the way and I would not be where I am without Cally’s help. From creativity to dedication, I know that when I’m working with Cally anything is possible. I am absolutely thrilled to be working with her and look forward to all the amazing opportunities we will have to partner together in my new role!
