Just want what worked originally

Speedy delivery, great earth friendly packaging, but very impersonal. No thank you note, nothing with Pinc branding inside: receipt, nothing. Borac suppositories didn't agree with me. Have yet to try the probiotics.

Before I purchased the products, I sent a message requesting more information but nobody every replied. I still haven’t started using the products yet as I still have unanswered questions

Looks all pretty online but doesn't translate the same way. Yes - the product is the point ....its ok. Would not buy again for price.

Sorry but I don’t feel confident using product as I have to go back to website -ggrrr to get information A small note on the products in the parcel would have been useful
