Love the package but it took more than a week for me to receive it and i barely use for a couple of days so really not knowing the full result. Also the probiotic i have to use it after the boric acid treatment so next time maybe not too early to ask for review?😁

I didn't have trouble submitting a review. You didn't accept the 3 star review and have asked for another one. Why? As I said before; - I was charged for items that were not sent. I had to contact Pinc to have this fixed as the packer didn't notice? Didn't contact me? Didn't seek to rectify the order. I didn't love that. - The items were all in a box hitting each other in transit and came slightly oily as something seemed to have leaked. This isn't a surprise given the bottles had no buffer between them in the box. - Otherwise the products are good.

One product I ordered was not sent or refunded until I contacted Pinc. No update sent to me either despite this being clear at the time of packing. Items in glass bottles are not wrapped in the box so they smash against each other in transit. One product seemed to have leaked minimally. Overall not much care or attention to orders.

Just want what worked originally

Speedy delivery, great earth friendly packaging, but very impersonal. No thank you note, nothing with Pinc branding inside: receipt, nothing. Borac suppositories didn't agree with me. Have yet to try the probiotics.
