i had largely given up on shampoos to treat flaky scalp. Most made no difference at all; all turned my hair to straw. I saw a recommendation for Kingsley on a consumer rating site. Okay, one last try. I cannot say the flakes are gone. I can say they are under control -- and my shoulders no longer resemble snow-covered peaks. My hair has not been dried out by the shampoo. And the addition of Kingsley's conditioner has it looking better than it hads in years

After the first use my hair was super silky & shiny. A very luxurious experience. After a couple of uses i noticed a difference overall in how much less frizzy my hair is & how smooth it has been. It feels like an old Hollywood level of sleekness after a few uses. 10/10 recommend.
