Handling is good but being charged for shipping under a certain amount and special handling not so great.

Awesome

Good company

Arrived as expected

The product did not provide the relief I expected, but I think I chose the wrong product. After receiving the product I noticed it was for a smaller dog, but even after giving my dog a larger dose, it still did not appear to provide relief from her sore joints. I will keep looking for a better match for my dog.
