Petaljet

Most things were very good quality and held up well. We had three boxes of eucalyptus that were sent to the wrong address and we never received although it showed delivered. I had to do most of the work to find out what happened to the product even though I notified you immediately that they were not received. I feel like it should be the shippers responsibility to track down missing boxes.

All good except for the roses I ordered extremely disapointed.

Shipping was good and on time.

Not the quality rose I expected
