When reaching out to Peppermayo customer service, sharing I had some trouble with their rerun portal, they where very fast with their response, kind and reassuring. After a few days passed before I responded, I received a reminder e-mail with the question if my problem had been solved which I very much appreciated. After all, the portal was functioning properly again and I was able to file my exchanges correctly.

Shipping was very fast, which I really appreciated. The only downsides are that shipping is quite expensive and the return process isn’t very easy. Overall, I had a good experience.
