Need my money back on most items

Was excited for this dress to come in as I bought it for my friends wedding. Before even trying on the dress, I noticed the one strap is ripped. Reaching out to Customer Service in hopes of a refund.

Material felt cheaper than I expected, but designs are similar to pictures!

I ordered a size 0 despite the strange Peppermayo sizing chart yet the mesh on the stomach was still way too loose and would wrinkle up as opposed to being skin tight like in the photo.
