A well made product in terms of both finish and the quality of the materials used. Have been using for a few weeks, it is comfortable and moves around effortlessly. I'm 175cm, it provides enough height, but would want some additional height for occasional use. Delivery and installation in Bangalore was quick and smooth. It's a good ergonomic chair with a sturdy build. I've been using it every day for more than a month and don't see any points of concern. Deducting one star as there was an issue with delivery, and I was delivered the wrong chair and had to do back-and-forth with the team. Hoping the company continues to focus on quality and logistics.

Overall the quality of materials and mechanical parts feels robust. The only issue I have is with the head and lumber support adjustment mechanisms, especially lumber support, which does little to nothing.
