Post sale experience is really nice. That’s really admirable. A bit less aggressive follow ups for reviews would be really nice.

A great solid chair. Model 11 is a premium chair with a solid build quality and various adjustments. The seat cushion is super comfortable, the backrest and its mesh is lovely. Love the fact that the arm rest slides out which gives ample room to seat with legs folded. Also the lumbar support helps with posture too. That being said, wish the arm rest was mounted better - hence 1 star reduction. Properly tighten and it stops sliding.

Loved the chair! It’s comfortable and has many moving parts which help to adjust it to your needs. Overall chair quality is good and it also looks great.
