I recently purchased the Pelicanwork model 11 chair and have been very happy with the conform and quality of the product. I am specifically happy with the comfort of the base cushion and lockable incline of the backrest. We were initially skeptical about the purchase as we ordered it online without a physical trial but the team assured us about their no hassle return policy. The chair came with simple assembly instructions that could be put together in under half hour. The over all experience has been seamless.

For around ₹25,000, you get a build quality and warranty comparable to expensive brands like Steelcase or Herman Miller, but at a fraction of the cost. Premium Upholstery: The fabric finish feels high-end and very comfortable to the touch. Smooth Mechanics: It uses the Donati mechanism, which operates seamlessly. The recline and adjustments are smooth without any "janky" creaks or noises. Excellent Lumbar Support: This was a dealbreaker feature for me. As someone who sits and works all day, the back support is fantastic for this price range. Stellar Service: The sales team and customer support were patient and genuinely helpful in guiding me toward the Model 15 for my specific needs. The Hickups: Limited Color Options: I wish they had more color variety. The choices feel a bit restricted. White and off white. Stock Availability: It can be hard to get the exact model you want; they seem to go out of stock quickly. Armrest Sensitivity: The armrest adjustments are a little too smooth. They tend to shift position with even slight pressure, which can be annoying. Verdict: Overall, this is a great chair and a "banger" value for money. If you are working from home or sitting for long hours, the Pelicanworks Model 15 is a highly recommended purchase.
