Thank you Pelicanwork. The delivery was perfect, and the product came very well packed and protected. The chair is as advertised and well made. It is easy to fix it but could be easier if an installation manual is included. The lumbar support is spot on. Would have preferred matte black or black chrome arm rests. The seat adjustments are perfect; I would have preferred the height adjustment to be a little taller. I weigh 100 kilos, and the chair is sturdy and supports me well. The head rest is sleek yet supportive. The hard floor option wheels are very smooth. Definitely the seat base could go up by at least a couple of inches. And I am only 5'8" and my knees are parallel to the ground at max seat height.

Chair is great. Was easy to assemble, although the instructions were a little difficult to find on the website. Comfortable is great, feels stable and adjustability helps with finding the sweet spot for me.

Team tracked the package as courier was delayed by 2days and ensured they keep me informed
