Returned for exchange. Requested the next smaller size that I ordered

Very disappointed with my purchase. My shoes split at the seam after only a few wears. Disgraceful for a costly shoe. Should be replaced or refunded asap

I think you should post online that your shoes run small. I didn’t appreciate all the hoops. I had to go through to get the return approved and I also think it’s completely outrageous that your welcome discount doesn’t apply to an exchange. One time use I get but if you’re unable to keep the order due to a size issue, why would you be on the hook to pay $50 more for a bigger size??? I will never order from you guys again
