I am so pleased with my purchase, just like that elegance filled my pedicure chair. I was using the footsie foot bath and have replaced it with the beautiful onyx bowl from pedicure bowls. My clients said they feel like they have been upgraded too. Thanks for this gorgeous bowl and accessories.

Based on my experience with pedicure-bowls.myshopify.com, I would rate it as average. The shipping for the first bowl went as planned, which was positive. However, the issue with the second bowl was frustrating. I was told it was to be shipped but didn't receive any tracking information until a day before its arrival. This lack of communication caused inconvenience and uncertainty about when the product would actually arrive. Overall, while the shipping process was ultimately successful, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and providing timely tracking information to customers.

I reviewed a lot of different bowls because I didn’t want to spend this much if I didn’t have to but ultimately decided to purchase because this looked like the best way to guarantee a quality product. I’m disappointed that the bottom buckles, like other’s have mentioned. When sitting down with very little pressure, just gently fidgeting around, the bottom of the bowl will buckle and make popping sounds, as if I have a flimsy, cheap product. I also understand what others have mentioned about the hammered pattern being spaced out and not close together, making it look like it wasn’t made with care and was rushed in production. Certainly not as pictured… Neither of these issues affect the functionality of the bowl, of course, but not what I’d expect from a company advertising the highest quality.
