Everything went fairly smooth at first. But the bed was given the wrong address and I had to make a few phone calls as tracking showed stalled in another city. Canada post was ready to send it back. Luckily after a little leg work, bed arrived. Bed seems durable, my girl hasn’t destroyed it or pulled on the faux fur.

We have 2 cats and a 75+ pound cape shore water dog... They love these beds and blankets
