I wanted to see what were some innovations in the area of Patient Experience and this conference did not disappoint.

The 2016 conference masterfully included both high level strategies as well as practical hand-on tips to improve the patient experience. Topics were engaging and speakers were available to give advice and feedback. I also learned that nobody is doing this perfectly and we are all challenged with finding the best approach to improve care, so it validated that our efforts are on track. Thank you!

Great group of dedicated patient experience leaders who share the same passion and enthusiasm for being leaders in patient and staff experience. Great networking opportunity and forum for learning about the new technology and best practices in the industry.

The conference allowed our team to come away with several new ideas to help bring the voice of our patients into our strategies and plans. It was a great mix of speakers and topics and we found it to be very relevant.
