This is nice conference. A lot of passionate people with great ideas! Food was great, lots of networking time. Nice conference center and hotel. Felt a few things were invite only which I would have loved to attend. Would love to hear more about caregiver health and also maybe a tracks with ideas of how to start patient experience offices or initiatives. I felt the titles of the speakers did not help navigate what the topic was. Hard to discern when choosing tracks. Also would love the slides earlier so we could share what we learned. Will be back for sure!
