I enjoyed the presentations and received great information to bring back to my hospital. I LOVED Shawn Nason!! I want to spend an entire day with him. The hotel restaurants had terrible service. I hope you don't go back to the Hyatt; I was very disappointed. Thanks for a great event!

Can you add some speakers about Pt Advocacy- Complaints, Grievances, regulations This would capture some more folks who deal with issues once the pt experience does not go exactly as planned

Overall, the conference was great! Great presentations! I would like to see more Patient Experience from the primary care perspective. The conference was heavily geared towards hospitals, and specifically inpatient patient experience.
