Pastease does a great job! I wore these all day and even accidentally slept in them and they were still secure. I wear a lot of pasties so these are my go to brand.

Have to say just from opening the package you can tell you’re getting a quality cared about product. The pastees weren’t just thrown into an envelope you can tell someone took the time to make sure you had a great first impression. The the pastees themselves are soft and the quality is super nice. Will be buying plenty more
