Sent a broken part and won't refund or replace. Avoid these guys!

I did not get my order and it was over 200usd and I was told they cannot help me.

Wrong part sent. I asked for the rear wiper nut cover. Instead I got the front wiper nut cover. No Bueno!

You sent me the wrong part and made me pay for shipping. Will probably not use any time in the near future.

Product was shipped through UPS, where it should have been sent through USPS. UPS gouges customers on their border brokerage fees. Fees upon fees. Added nearly 30% to the price of my item. As a Canadian it is common knowledge you avoid UPS whenever possible when ordering from the US. US retailers should be aware of this..
