Very slow to respond to questions.

Appreciate staff double checking match based on VIN, but a little disappointed that I received a gray Legacy version instead of the beige Outback version pictured on the website. It took so long to ship that I didn’t want to bother with returning and waiting another 6 weeks for the correct one.

Communication was not great and took too long to get order, but it was correct and they were responsive to my inquiry.

Customer service was very slow to answer questions (1-2 business days for an incomplete answer). Parts arrived poorly packaged and slightly damaged (hanging out of box). No response was given after products arrived as described and you were notified.
