When I first ordered the part, I used autofill on my phone & my address got entered incorrectly & incomplete, hence the part could not be delivered & was sent back to Nucar by USPS. I contacted Nucar & they agreed to ship the part back to me & pay only a partial amount of the shipping. Good & prompt service. Best price on this expibeake actuator for my ‘05 Prius.
