I was sent the wrong brake pads. This is unacceptable. Took the OEM Parts to my mechanic and he said your team sent me the rear brakes pads instead of the front pads.

Part arrived on rime

Parts came as expected. They actually even caught the fact that I had ordered the wrong part for my VIN number. I was able to get that corrected before they sent them out. Thanks for the great service.
