The parts representative Gabriel Perez was super helpful. Helped me find all the parts I needed and the part numbers. Made sure it was going to be a direct fitment, and was as professional as can be. Also he helped with the return process for a wrong part I had ordered. Made the whole process easier. The packaging was good sent in a box with fragile sticker on it. Shipping was great showed up in a timely manner. Can't go wrong with the selection of OEM Lexus parts they had in stock.
