The only order on-line makes it very easy to place the order. The website makes it very to find parts. The sale customer service was very helpful when I called for advise. The confirmation of VIN to ensure the part will fits for my car is helpful. The notification when order was placed and already for pick up very informative, The process for picking up the part is fast and easy and most importantly, the prices is reasonable. PS. I live in Huntington Beach and there are Lexus of Westminster and Newport Lexus closed by my house. But, I decided to drive 50 miles one way to get parts from Longo. I might go to Longo for service in the future. Thanks again for a good service.
