Shipping does take a while. I actually emailed after a couple of weeks to be sure they even had the order, as they don't send confirmation of the order. Got a good response saying they are working on it, and an apology. The order came shortly after that. So no issue with this company, just as long as you are willing to wait a bit.

It would have been nice to know all the shipping charges ahead of time

When we decided to order here, the ad said free shipping. That was a lie. It also said "easy returns". Also a lie. Was not the part we needed, customer service was truly snotty about everything. I would never, ever buy from here again or recommend this service.

They shipped my order incomplete THREE TIMES, each time with no packing slip. I had to look up the part numbers, take pictures and tell them what they didn't ship me. These people are felony inept, except that they short-shipped me 3 times, so I don't believe it was an accident. This was the by far the worst, most frustrating purchase I have ever made. Run from this company.
