Best dealership for Toyota parts! I order the plastic button to keep the seatbelt stop that attaches to the seatbelt and keeps the seatbelt latch off the floor. When I received the part, only the post part was in the bag and not the button part to clip on. I called Grieco Toyota and explained the situation and was told it likely came from the Toyota parts warehouse like that. They immediately ordered the part again and shipped it to me without charging anything additional fee, including shipping. Received both parts the second time. I won’t shop anywhere for Toyota parts. Grieco Toyota is the best! 

The parts customer service person checked for the correct part, confirmed the part was there, and shipped it immediately. I have an older Toyota Sienna and I tried to get a replacement OEM Passenger CV Axle from other dealers, including a local dealer here in New Mexico. I would intially be told that they had the part or could get me the part. After wasting 2 weeks, I finally contacted a parts person that followed through and I received the axle 3 days early from across the country. Thank You, Grieco Toyota Parts Department.
