I called CS about the nozzle and the guy didn't know what I was talking about.

Paid for the fastest shipping which was over a hundred dollars, then they shipped my milker without all the parts so I had to wait another week for the missing parts, but no refund on the expedited shipping. The milker still won’t work even with the missing part and I can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund.

Won't honor quote for return.

wrong part ordered just because no bottom view was given now i'm out $ to send back for a refund, not pleased

Received the wrong item twice. Returned it for refund, never got my money back. Absolutely terrible company
