Parts Dept Dairy Equipment

I have not yet had the opportunity to use the inline milk filter/strainer. I'm am confident it will do the job it is intedned dor once it is installed. I appreciate the Parts Dept Online store and the helpful individuals who work there.

Took a while to get an answer via email. I had already ordered by the time I got the reply.

The website could use clearer, more detailed descriptions. I ordered two Flo-Star bowls and it is too easy to mix-up the styles when they are called "classic" and "standard". Adding (low profile) to the classic title would prevent me from accidentally ordering those when I actually want standard. The variety and availability of parts is excellent. The prices are good. The website is slow and difficult to navigate.

Was disappointed in your silicone hoses … they had a strong chemical smell & were greasy… I returned the hoses and got a refund. Thank you. I did like your brushes and online filter socks. Also, good communication …

Parts fit Paid for express shipping and it took over a week to come. Waste of extra money
