Item never arrived

Well so far not So great I paid for a fan and I’m not even sure if it’s shipped or when it’s coming

We never received our order

Overall experience was great. Missing a screw and was told to go but it myself. Was real upset about that. Great customer service would have sent a replacement immediately. But still happy over all.
