It seems to be a small company with quality products in my experience. I called and left a message and I did receive a return call. It took a while but I was okay with that. I had to order a replacement remote for my ceiling fan and wasn’t sure if I needed anything else. I ended up placing the order anyway. Received my package quickly and I’m set. Happy with their product and kind customer service. Hope that they will be able to return phone calls quicker in the future.

I love this light fixture. Great value and very pretty

I installed the fan in a barn/ workshop. The installation was simple. I have the unit running on medium/ high. It is quiet. Balanced, no wobble. It has been up for a week and so far I am quite pleased.

The shipping services were fast, installation was easy and most importantly the fan has been working flawlessly. The 84 in fan is quiet, looks great and pushes a lot of air in my 24 x 30 ft workshop. So far I'm really happy with all aspects of the services and products that Parrot Uncle provided.

No issues during shipment and didn't nave to use the shipping protection.
