I needed a longer down rod for a ceiling fan and wanted to make sure I was getting the correct one. The customer service was responsive via email, and the order came earlier than expected.

Fans were running a little late, but they were very easy to communicate with and very helpful on when the product would arrive. So far very happy with fans also
