I purchased the wrong size
I purchased the wrong size and informed Papi immediately to request an exchange of the unopened merchandise. The customer service rep I spoke with said there is no policy that allows for a refund or exchange. The rep told me that the issue has been escalated and I haven't heard a thing since.
It's a real shame that the service is so poor and that Papi doesn't offer any sort of comfort or quality guarantee (as is common among other brands).
I was a long-time fan of the brand. The quality is fantastic but they don't seem to believe in or stand behind their product. I wouldn't recommend purchasing unless done so through another seller (e.g. Amazon Prime). Don't buy direct.
