Not helpful, your rep tried to explain the issue away. I can’t believe that the pictures do not convey a true problem.

Where do I begin? I guess, to sum it up; would I recommend the Pace Edwards Full Metal Matte Black JackRabbit bed cover? NO, absolutely not! I actually can not believe this product made it out of quality control. Or, maybe, Pace Edwards does not have a quality control check before products get mailed out. To start with, the rubber seal that mates with the tailgate was separated from the cover before it was even installed on the truck. It looks to have been this way from the factory, it was this way when the box was opened. See picture 1. I purchased this bed cover to protect all of my luggage and equipment for a trip from Las Vegas NV, to Breckenridge CO in early August. I know it does not rain much in Las Vegas, but it sure does in Colorado. In fact, my trip coincided with a torrential rain storm in CO that ended up damaging Interstate 70 enough that it was closed down for weeks. I was caught in that storm with my truck. While driving the bed cover would become unlocked, and start to retract exposing all of my luggage and equipment in the bed of the pickup to the rain, causing everything in the truck bed to become extremely waterlogged. Like I said, the bed cover retracted and exposed everything. It seems as though a couple of screws came loose causing the inner part of the rail to come loose and slide out. This also seems to be where the bed cover locks into place. See pictures 2 and 3. It seems foolish to me that no one thought to use any type of thread locker to keep these seemingly important screws from backing themselves out. Also, the screws used to attach the cover to the box are now rusting. Are these chromed screws? Why would you not use (two) Stainless steel screws to secure a cover for a $2000 bed cover? See picture 4. This bed cover was almost $2000, with all of these problems I could not possibly recommend this cover to anyone. The fact that the cover does not lock in place or stay in place to protect the items in the bed pretty much render this cover useless for the intended purpose it was purchased for. I have attached a picture of the model and serial number plate. See picture 5. Not happy with this product at all.

Worst ever BUYER BEWARE!!

Seriously? Are you joking around or just being mean? I sent you $2666 on August 14th and have yet to even receive an email that it shipped. I called and checked on it a couple weeks ago and was given the order number 2560423 and was told it was going to ship Friday September 11th. Its now September 19th and I have not heard from you regarding this at all and it still shows the order as pending. So how would you rate the experience thus far?????
