My 16 year old national swimmer has been using this product for nearly 1 year and I am finding it is helping with his recovery. Has it nightly going to bed. very happy with the recovery and he says the shake tastes pretty good.

It was great getting help and trying to figure out what (if) I was doing something wrong about how I was using P2. It gave me insight on what I need to look for in my shakes, also gave me something I can use to help my friends and family on pitching this to them because they can utilize this more than I could at this time. I been with P2 for over a year or two and I told the support team that your products are great. It mixes really well. No chalky flavor.
