Auto subscription

Sutosubscription and the inability to cancel one's order without an employee is terrible. Its made even worse when auto emails are sent over the weekend saying you have 3 days to change order but in fact you can't because no one is working so auto emails continue to be sent saying you are being charged and the order is shipping.
