I have used P2Life every day as part of my regular swim routine. It works. I swim up to 2 miles per day. But I was advised by my MD.not to take Potassium, K, because my MD fears it is spiking my Potassium reading on my Labs. What do you suggest?

My teens like the flavor but they think it’s a bit too sweet for bedtime drink. Is there any without or with less sugar? Thanks!
