As a customer coming up on 4 years/ the more time with P2Life, the more I am convinced of its total positive results. What really has proven to be beneficial is having a shake mid morning after breakfast ( as I swim @ 5 am ) as it carries me thru the day / rarely do I have to have a lunch which takes time. And I feel energized throughout the day. So having the shake before bed/ and after swimming has worked great ( I make a 4 scoop shake each night and have half before bed/ and keep it in a cooler in car, so it is ready to have after swim and breakfast ) Try this and you will see how well it works!
